Ideal for applications requiring a water-proof seal and/or high temperatures. Applications include battery terminals & cable, automotive hose systems, marine connections wire taps and connections and more. Self-fusing and begins curing immediately (full cure within 24 hours). No adhesive residue upon removal. Alternative to heat shrink tubing. Excellent insulator with high dielectric strength 400 volts per mil. Operating Temperature -85 degrees F to 500 degrees F. Tensile Strength 700 psi. Salt water resistant.
